LET'S GET YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

FAQ's

How early do you arrive for setup?

Our team typically arrives 1–2 hours before your event begins to complete setup and ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.

For larger or more logistically complex events, certain items may be delivered the day prior depending on venue access and team availability.

Every event is different, but our priority is making sure the bar is fully set, stocked, and ready to go at least one hour before service begins.

Absolutely. We’re able to accommodate larger events through our network of experienced bartenders and support staff.

For high-volume events, we recommend reaching out well in advance so we can properly coordinate staffing, service flow, and event logistics.

We provide all of the essentials needed for a polished cocktail experience, including fresh-cut fruit, housemade syrups, housemade purées, elevated garnishes, and disposable drinkware. You can see the full list of inclusions for the Kantina Experience on our “Services” page.

Optional add-ons such as our soda and juice package and ice service can also be included to fully customize your bar setup.

In most cases, no.

If you are providing the alcohol, no drinks are being sold, and your event is private and invite-only, your service would typically be considered a hosted bar, which does not require a liquor license.

Some venues may still have their own rules or requirements regarding alcohol service on their property, so venue policies will always take priority.

In most cases, venues simply require vendors to carry general liability and liquor liability insurance, both of which we do carry.

The host purchases the alcohol.

Once your signature cocktail menu has been finalized, we’ll provide a detailed shopping list that includes:

  • Required spirits and ingredients
  • Recommended bottle quantities
  • Suggested brand options
  • Estimated purchasing guidance based on your guest count and event duration

Our goal is to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible while ensuring you’re properly stocked for your event.

We always recommend booking as early as possible. The more time we have to plan, the smoother the overall experience will be. Booking early allows more time to plan your cocktail menu, staffing, logistics, and overall event flow, which helps minimize last-minute surprises leading up to event day.

At minimum, we suggest reaching out 2–3 weeks before your event date, as availability can become limited during busy seasons.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date.

We understand every event is different and flexible arrangements may be available depending on the scope and timeline of the event, though this is not always guaranteed.

Absolutely. We carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance coverage for our events.

If your venue or property management team requires additional insured documentation, we’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as part of the booking process.

Yes, we believe that collaboration is a huge part of a successful event. So we regularly work alongside event planners, coordinators, venues, DJs, caterers, and other vendors to help ensure a smooth event-day experience.

Clear communication and coordination are a big part of keeping service efficient, timelines on track, and setup running smoothly.

Definitely. Once we dial in your guest count and cocktail menu, we’ll put together a recommended shopping list so you know exactly what to purchase for the event.

The list will outline estimated alcohol quantities along with quantities of any mixers, juices, sodas, and ice that are NOT included in your package.
